In February 2010, a corporation under the name of DESCO was founded. DESCO is a multi-disciplinary firm, offering a broad range of engineering and commercial services to clients in international markets. DESCO provides a full range of project services tailored to suit customer needs, from process design through to business development, equipment procurement, construction management and financial support.
Founded in 2010, DESCO’s experienced and accredited professionals have successfully completed references within its areas of practice. We deliver innovative one-stop solutions to major project challenges to create added value. DESCO is active in projects in the Energy, Water-Environment and infrastructure markets.
Our main clients include oil companies, urban operators, governments, municipalities, international project developers, insurance companies and industrial zone companies.

DESCO has more than a decade of first-hand experience in engineering and management of industrial and other development construction projects. With the help of its skilled and experienced personnel and by observing quality and technical principles in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Standards and Project Management Standards such as PMBOK, DESCO has been an active and effective player in the development of CIS and MENA programmes. Practice
Engineering projects in water and wastewater treatment plants focus on the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of systems that manage water supply, distribution, and waste removal. These projects are critical for ensuring clean water for consumption, hygiene, and ecological balance, as well as safe disposal or recycling of wastewater.
Key engineering challenges include water quality, energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, maintenance of ageing infrastructure, climate change, and regulatory compliance. These projects play a crucial role in safeguarding public health and the environment by ensuring access to clean water and proper disposal or treatment of wastewater.
International finance
DESCO delivers for national utilities and ministries on ADB, World Bank, EBRD, OPEC Fund and IsDB financed works.
